DarilynRaeBeauty understands that sometimes schedules change.So to maintain our hair salon policies, if you must cancel or rebook, we respectfully ask that you do so at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% or all of the service amount.
Tardiness: There is a 15 minute ONLY grace period. After the 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled. In which the cancellation policy will be in affect.
An appointment reminder will be sent exactly 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment to help ensure proper cancellation protocol.
Due to our booking system, all cancellation charges must be Zelle'd, Cash App'd or Venmo'd. A cancellation fee must be paid before a new appointment will be accepted.
Deposit Policy
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. This is due to any cancellations or rescheduling that may happen. Please consider that when you book your appointment the time slot is no longer available. Once the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled its hard to fill the spot last minute. Thank you for understanding.
